The A in XXPAC stands for agility.
Pegasus is an innovative equipment mainly designed for therapeutic and preventative purposes.
Sinuous in its artistic design, an harmonious combination of metal and wood, thanks to its versatility and its many accessories. Pegasus allows a wide range of exercise programs to improve the body biomechanics, proprioceptivity, coordination, strength and flexibility.
Stretching exercises performed on Pegasus permit the elongation of not only single muscles, but also of tendons and of complex neuromuscular fascia chains This brings about a progressive improvement of the mobility of the entire body. The strengthening of the synergic-antigravitational muscles and the improvement of the coordination lead to an enhanced muscle stabilization, which helps to prevent many spinal problems. (read more)

Through proprioceptive movement patterns it is possible to achieve a better muscular awareness, which is the neurophysiological basis for the acquisition of correct and natural body posture.
Pegasus allows stretching of single muscles and muscle groups. Some strengthening exercises are done isometrically and some dynamically. There are one-dimensional and multidimensional exercises, involving one or more joints.
Pegasus offers many supporting surfaces to reduce the pressure on the spine and to allow a wide range of movement of specific exercises.
In order to improve lung capacity and blood circulation, much importance is put on the breathing technique, with changes according to the type of exercise.
Pegasus is also a very effective equipment to perform full training programs for sport, ballet, yoga, and thanks to its design it brings an artistic touch to the field of physiotherapy.
